Weddings in India are more like a huge celebration or a festival. It a very grand occasion focused with sparkles, colors, lavish arrangements with a lot of pomp and show. Over the last decade, the event management company has grown exponentially. Apart from the main ceremony, the pre and post celebrations have also surged.

But wedding planners across the globe have been put on hold during the last year resulting in a domino effect thanks to the pandemic. Given the risk of infection is known to be higher in enclosed places, wedding companies have moved to open-air and outdoor gatherings which are considered safer. Demands have surged for intimate weddings that confine to the norms.

The new normal for celebrating weddings in the post Covid-19 world is different. With social distancing becoming the norm, event planners have started concentrating more on intimate weddings with emphasis on top-notch hygiene standards as well as ensures contactless services.

The soon-to-be groom dreamt of being a transformer until he realized that he didn’t meet the minimum qualifications; as he wasn’t a robot. However, he pursued his dream of playing Professional Baseball by excelling in various other sports. He’s currently pursuing his Master’s in Paediatrics from Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and has also managed enough time to post pictures on Instagram about cycling and tennis.

The bride currently coming to the middle of her Paediatric Masters Program at the Cleveland Clinic, in Ohio; which as it turns out, is one of the most boring cities I’ve been to. And I live in Thiruvananthapuram.
